Welcome!

As pastor of Hopewell Community Church, it’s my joy to welcome you. Our church is a place where the Bible is taught plainly, where worship is heartfelt, and where people are cared for as family. We believe the Word of God is living and active, and we gather each week to grow in our understanding of it and to encourage one another to live it out in daily life.

Hopewell is a non-denominational fellowship, which simply means that our first loyalty is to Jesus Christ and His Word rather than to a particular tradition. You’ll find people here from many different walks of life, backgrounds, and ages, yet what binds us together is far greater than what separates us. We are united in the hope we’ve found in Christ, and we want to share that hope with our community and beyond.

Our church home sits here in the mountains of Boone, North Carolina, but our heart is for the whole community. Whether through worship services, small groups, Bible studies, children’s ministry, or outreach, we want to be a church where people encounter the love of God in real and practical ways. My prayer is that when you walk through our doors, you not only feel welcomed but also experience the presence of Christ among His people.
